// Contact — 125 Riverview Trce, AR 72081

A contact form has never rendered anything on deadline. A phone call has.

So here's the deal: the fastest route to a quote is the one with a dial tone. Tell us the project type, the square footage and the date it absolutely must exist by — we'll have a rough number back to you before the office lights go off.

Prefer to type it out?

Fair enough — we read every one. The more you can tell us up front (building type, scope, deadline), the sharper the number we send back.

That didn't go through. Give the studio a ring on (501) 279-9050 and we'll sort it.

// we don't share your files or your bid strategy — with anyone, ever.

// 01 — finding us

We're on the trace, by the river.

Not a gleaming downtown tower — a working studio at 125 Riverview Trce, where the render farm hums and the coffee is suspiciously strong. Drop-offs and walk-ins welcome during studio hours; evenings by appointment if your deadline is being dramatic.

// 02 — before you hit send

Three things that save you a revision.

None of these are deal-breakers — send what you've got. But if you have them handy, your first look lands sharper and faster.

The model, un-exploded

Whatever your office lives in. Keep the layers intact and the block references attached — we'll chase the strays, but a tidy file shaves a day off setup.

A rough markup, a napkin sketch, even a phone photo of your screen pointing at the façade you care about. Tell us who's winning the room.

The drop-dead date

The real one — the hearing, the pitch, the board meeting. We build the schedule backwards from it so nothing lands the morning after it mattered.

// 03 — the honest answers

Asked before you called.

The questions that come up on nearly every first phone call — handled here so the call can get straight to your project.

// q.01 — turnaroundHow fast can I actually have something?

A greyscale clay render — composition, camera and light locked — lands within five business days of us getting a workable model. Finished stills follow after your two included revision rounds. If your deadline is sooner, say so on the call: we keep a little night-shift capacity, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's heroic or just unwise.

// q.02 — pricingWhat's this going to cost me?

Exterior stills start at $850 per view, interiors at $1,100, and a 60–90 second animated walkthrough from $6,500. We quote per view or per project once we've seen the scope — no mystery meter, no retainer. Give us the building type, square footage and how many views, and you'll get a real number the same day.

// q.03 — filesWhich CAD formats do you take?

DWG, RVT, SKP, OBJ and IFC all work. If your office runs something more exotic, call and we'll figure out a hand-off. Big files? Send a share link rather than wrestling with email attachments — we won't make you zip the whole model.

// q.04 — revisionsWhat if the first look isn't quite right?

That's exactly why we send a clay draft first — it's far cheaper to move a wall, shift the sun or re-clad the podium before any materials go on. Two full rounds of revisions are included in writing on every project, and we price the extra back-and-forth transparently if a design genuinely needs it.

// q.05 — confidentialityWill my unbuilt design stay private?

Yes. Your files, your bid and your design stay between us until you tell us otherwise. We're happy to sign your NDA before you send a single byte — a lot of our work is for competitive bids, and we treat it that way.

// 04 — your move

Deadline on the calendar? Let's beat it.

Tell us the project and the date it has to exist by. We'll have a rough number back to you before the studio lights go off tonight.
