So we price by the thing that moves the room — a view, a minute of flythrough, a headset you can walk around in — not by render hours you can't check. Every number below is a real starting point, not a riddle. Send the model, get a firm quote by end of day.
// 02 — Bid bundles
If you'd rather not build the order yourself, these cover most bids. Prices assume one scheme — add views any time.
For the early round where you need to look serious without blowing the fee.
The one that gets built most often — stills plus motion, enough to carry a whole presentation.
When the client needs to feel the scale — for the project where a flat image won't close it.
// 03 — Before you call
Half the battle is the file we open on day one. Send us tidy geometry and a hero view in mind, and your clay render lands sooner — and so does the decision.— what we tell every new architect on the phone
// 03.1 — Your render brief
Not sure your file is ready? Call us anyway — untangling messy DWGs is literally the job.
Whatever your office lives in. We'll clean the layers, chase missing block references, and flag early if the geometry is going to fight us. One model to rule the set beats five half-finished ones.
Finish schedule or a mood board, time of day, which façade is the hero, and who's in frame. The ten-minute brief that saves you a whole revision round later — we'll ask the annoying questions if you don't.
The real drop-dead date, not the comfortable one. Tell us upfront and we'll tell you straight whether it's heroic or merely unwise — and keep a little night-shift capacity for the bids that genuinely can't wait.
// 04 — The questions you'd ask on the phone
If yours isn't here, it's a two-minute call to (501) 279-9050 away.
Because a 30-storey tower and a corner café are not the same render, and pretending they are would make the quote a lie. The "from" figures are real floors for a straightforward single scheme; we send a firm, flat number once we've opened your model — usually the same day.
Moving the sun, re-cladding the podium, swapping a furniture scheme, nudging the camera — the back-and-forth real design needs. Two full rounds are included on everything. Changing the actual building after the clay is signed off is new geometry, and we'll quote that honestly rather than sneak it in.
First look — a greyscale clay render with camera and light locked — lands in five business days. Finals follow the revision rounds. Got a bid closing Monday? Say so when you call; rush work is quoted per deadline, and we'll tell you if the timeline is doable before we take your deposit.
Invoiced by milestone: 50% to start the work, the balance on delivery. No retainer games, no metered hours you can't verify. The deposit books your slot in the queue — which, near a bid deadline, is the valuable part.
Constantly. The studio sits at 125 Riverview Trce and the render farm doesn't care where your CAD came from — files move fine, calls and screen-shares cover the rest. Local firms are welcome to walk the model in person; everyone else, the phone is just as fast.
The same two sets of eyes from brief to final frame — no handing your project to a night-shift stranger halfway through. You talk to the people lighting the shot, and they're the ones who won't send it until a skeptic would lean in and squint.
// 05 — Start a project
A phone call beats a form every time — tell us the project type, square footage and the drop-dead date, and we'll have a rough quote back to you by end of day.
// phone-first, always
(501) 279-9050Faster than any form, and you'll talk to the person who'll actually light the shot.
// when we're rendering
Deadline on a weekend? Say so when you call — we keep a little night-shift capacity for the bids that can't wait.
